What if. just for today you pretended you were a baby? Bear with me. I‵m not dumbing you down. When the announcement is made of a baby being carried in the security of its mother‵s womb— there‵s always a celebration.
When the baby cries— there‵s always someone or many some ones ready to give a cuddle plus comfort. The attention is endless. Everyone vying for time to touch. Everyone just wants to be with that baby. When the baby poops— no problem. Change that diaper immediately. Hungry. food appears. Whatever the needs— just the slightest utterance of a cry of discomfort is placated.
Throughout the pregnancy— there are oohs as well as aahs together with congratulations. Endless preparations are made. The room is readied— the crib is bought or scrubbed clean if it‵s an already used one. The carrier (that would be the mother) is treated gently as well as respectfully.
